Tuesday, March 2 - Yoga for the Back (one class)
These classes focus on Stretching and Strengthening. Allowing the participant to learn a sequence of postures to sooth and nurture the Neck, Shoulders, Upper, Middle, and Lower Back. A Therapeutic Practice helping to align, strengthen, and increase range of motion for your back. No Experience in yoga needed.
