Start off each day with an hour Gentle Vinyasa Flow Practice - For All Levels. Learn important correlations between the energy channels, the chakra, the use of asana(yoga postures and movement), pranayama(breathing techniques), and Meditations to bring wellness to your body, mind, and spirit. Bringing an awareness of how you can use this practice to open blocked energy channels, igniting an openness to healing.
